23.01.2022 Todays emergency job- Removal of an old 18 year old storage hot water system and replaced it with a new Rinnai continuous flow unit. The Rinnai is a 6 energy rated unit, so its a nice way to keep the gas bill nice and low.

07.01.2022 On my recent travels to the Caribbean we came across this hot water system in the apartment where we stayed. The only way to light the hot water system was to use a metre long extended lighter and quickly turn the gas ball valve on and hope for the best. Safe to say there is no gas regulations here.
