24.01.2022 I’m feeling experimental! Who wants to join me in this Foundation Building experiment? I need a fitness goal. Lift x amount weigh, run for time/distance. And a health goal. Limit social media per day, drink more water...... It will run till the 1st October. No cost. The Engadine members jumped onboard straight away with wiping down all equipment before and after use with little fuss. With the community feel that Engadine AF has, no wonder we have more members now than before COVID-19 started!
