16.01.2022 A seed of Love is in Every human heart, in Every human heart. An amazing insight experienced during the winter solstice on 21 June 2020. During this meditatio...n and sacred ritual it seems like gates of Heaven opened to reveal other multi dimensional spaces. I was there, in the middle of a field. There was a great stillness in all that surrounded me; I could see the infinite field of wheat, a magnificent vibrant energy of pure gold; the sky was a deep blue. A representation of a statue Buddha of a translucent jade colour appeared in the luminescent sky. He gently showed me among the stillness, with his hands he created the wind. I then saw the field of wheat taking breath and moving with the wind with all the seeds dispersed in the sky. His voice clearly telepathically revealed me There is a seed in Every human heart, in Everything human heart. The words do not describe the power of the vibration that came with it. I knew indeed it was Divine. It touched me deeply in my heart in such a way I just knew. A knowing that cannot be learned in books or from gathering of information. It was a message beyond words. This touching encounter sent a message of reassurance of a Divine presence constantly loving Humanity. Now in these challenging times, doors are opening to facilitate the awakening of our souls. Awakening the consciousness of who we really are, where we come from, and the infinite possibilities to create a wonderful world a fulfilling future of trust, unity, values, harmony with nature and Mother Earth, kindness and Love of course. 13.01.2022 Working with Children and Teenagers (and parents) What parenting style do you use? By Marc Ponzi ________________________________________ Did you know that there are different parenting styles? Your particular style often develops from the style you were raised with, as well as your own personal temperament. When you have a better understanding of your parenting style, you can make better choices about how to adapt it to your child’s temperament and needs.... Working with children and adolescents is fraught with difficulties and sometimes huge challenges, however the rewards are great and impressive outcomes can be achieved with patience, communication, understanding and knowledge. Elder (1962) described seven major parent types: Autocratic: parent tells the child what to do. Authoritarian: parent tells the child what to do but listens to the child’s view. Democratic: parent allows ample opportunity for adolescent to make their own decisions but retain authority. Equalitarian: parents and adolescents are involved equally in making decisions about the adolescent’s behaviour. Permissive: adolescent makes his own decisions but parents like to be heard and to offer suggestions. Laissez-faire: adolescent makes his own decisions and need not listen to the parents. Ignoring: the adolescent makes his own decisions and the parents don’t care what that decision is. Autocratic parents or those who tend not to give explanations for the behaviours that were expected of adolescents had offspring with lower degrees of self- confidence and independence. It most likely ends in rebellious behaviour in teenaged years. Adolescents who perceived their parents as democratic or permissive and those who indicated that their parents gave them explanations for the behaviours that were expected had the highest levels of confidence and independence. Within days your sense of taste and smell improves. Within a month your blood pressure returns to its normal level and your immune system begins to show signs of recovery. Within two months your lungs will no longer be producing extra phlegm caused by smoking. After twelve months your increased risk of dying from heart disease is half that of a continuing smoker. Stopping smoking reduces the incidence and progression of lung disease including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. After ten years of stopping your risk of lung cancer is less than half that of a continuing smoker and continues to decline (provided the disease is not already present). After fifteen years your risk of heart attack and stroke is almost the same as that of a person who has never smoked.
