23.01.2022 It seems to be the weather is not so hot lately so now is a good time to get outside to enjoy it and get a bit of exercise by improving your garden or your vegie plot. As well as the weeds your garden will be growing beautifully and hopefully enhancing your property and benefiting your general well being. Also getting some vitamin D and fresh air, so hop out there and get stuck in, if you have any questions or problems let me know and i will try to get answers for you. So oorroo and enjoy.

19.01.2022 Well we are getting into the slow time of year when everything that grows is starting to go into dormancy (stops growing). So it is a good time to give plants a prune and also think about what can be re-planted or moved. Even the vegie patch that has been crying out for a feed and winter vegies to be planted. So get out there enjoy the outdoors and hop to it before the rains this coming weekend, it will certainly pay dividends.

08.01.2022 Okay so here we are in spring although a slightly warm one at times but thats ok. This is the busiest time of year as we should be feeding up our existing plants, with some yummy fertiliser, seaweed solution (seasol) applying to get them some extra get up and go ( I could do with some of that myself ), and giving our lawns the last lot of maintenance before the summer heat kicks in. The retic. systems and your watering plan should be in full swing and running as per water corps. recommendations. Also dont forget that last minute mulch top up as it will pay dividends for keeping your soil moist through the warm summer and help your plants stay alive. Have a good summer and a good life in the garden. Ooroo.
