This farm is located at Mareeba on the Atherton Tablelands (one hour from Cairns).... While the positions may not start for another 2-3 weeks, we will be choosing the applicants based on who is willing to move into the sharehouse first (as we have some vacancies). Why should you apply? Complete your 88 days (plus more) Save for your next journey Work with over 120 other people Explore the Atherton Tablelands on your weekends! Get paid based on the applicable award (approx $23.66 an hour) with the potential to earn a good work allowance ($1-$2 per hour) Catch a FREE bus to and from work Requirements for work on this banana farm include: MINIMUM 6 month employment period. This means you MUST work longer than just your 88 days. There will be a six-month contract required by the farm. Fit, motivated men with endurance. Must be able to perform strenuous jobs for 10 hours each day, up to five days a week.
