21.01.2022 I got out of bed this morning as I usually do, half asleep, wishing I could stay in bed longer, then I saw the amazing winter wonderland outside it had snowed overnight. I dragged my family outside and we were all laughing and playing outside at 7am I couldn't believe that something so simple could make us all so happy at that time of day We all look for the big things to make us happy but it really is the little things that bring joy to our hearts and make us feel ...young again and that feeling lingers all day, even longer This was an amazing reminder to look around with wonder at the little things in life that can bring us so much joy. 16.01.2022 Hello everyone, you've probably seen that I changed my page name and the photo as well and I hope you love it as much as I do This is to reflect the changes that are happening around what I do, so I thought it was also time to share a bit more about me I’m Maree and I’m on a journey to learn about myself and be inspired and I feel guided to help others be inspired on their journey to create their best life.... I run a monthly Women’s Circle to empower women to face life and all it’s challenges no matter where we’re at in life. I run workshops based around the amazing philosophies of Louise Hay and Heal Your Life. I have completed Reiki 1 and am continuing my Reiki journey along with Chakra Energy and Crystal Healing. I love using crystals for my own energy and healing and as part of my circles and workshops along with amazing essential oils.
