18.01.2022 Hi everyone all being well classes are set to return from Monday 22nd June! Super excited to get back in the Studio and see everyone again! Check out the new class times. $15 per class. Will be following the recommendations to keep everyone safe and well. See you on the mat. Namaste

16.01.2022 New season, new class schedule! Autumn is a time for enjoying a softening of light and vitality after the intensity of summer. Preparing for a shift of energy as we head into the cooler months. So too our practice will help direct our breath through the body inviting balance, stability and flexibility to keep us moving in a positive way during the cooler days to come. Autumn is my favourite season on the coast, all welcome to join me for the next few months as we explore the many benefits of yoga.

09.01.2022 It’s with a heavy heart that I am postponing Yoga classes until further notice. Thank you all so much for your ongoing support. Hopefully we can pick up where we left off in the future.
