20.01.2022 THURSDAY TRAIL RUN Old Kate is where we will leave from this week. Couldn’t think of a better way to spend a fairly significant Thursday than doing something I love with like minded friends Never too old, or young for that matter, to embrace your life’s passion and enjoy it for all that it is.

20.01.2022 THURSDAY TRAIL RUN Old Kate (Rotary Park) for our last run of the year folks. We’ll escape the sun and take to the coolness of the river trail. It’s been such an awesome year of running for everyone and I can’t wait to see what 2021 has in store for so many people that have found there new hobby. For anybody that is keen to see out 2020 with a run, I’ll see you there at 5pm

15.01.2022 Congratulations Shelley Joyce on an awesome run at Yaberoo today. 8th fastest female over the 25km (actually 26+kms) course is a fantastic achievement. Shelley has been a model of consistently with her running the last 6 months and I couldn’t be happier for her with this result. We have spoken recently about making sure we enjoy our running and by the smile she’s got going on in these pics, I’d say that is mission accomplished Also great to see Charlie representing the next generation of Joyce’s. Well done to you both.

15.01.2022 THURSDAY TRAIL RUN Kevill Rd Waterfall is where we will be leaving from this week guys and gals. Across the waterfall and onto the trails. A little bit of undulating terrain and then a big hill. I know, I’m a little evil aren’t I, but you’ll thank me when you hit the 20km mark of The Sandman with plenty left in the tank. ... 11.01.2022 THURSDAY TRAIL RUN Lets head out to Boodjidup to have a run around on the gorgeous trails and maybe visit a couple of stairs. I think I’ve mentioned before that this is one of my favorite places to run. We will carpool from the Footy Club, leaving at 4.30pm, so please let me know if you’re interested and we’ll go and have some fun.
