08.01.2022 so ive just returned from a month or so away from the park and returned to some serious damage to both the building and signs and just that look of total obliteration which really deflates me..and so begins the weeks of trying to refocus on continuing forward with the building ,driveway,entrance,..let alone creating sculpture... somethings gotta give...usually its the body, anyway with the large doors on the building all being torn off by violent storms and the roof flashing..., leaving open walls and me cursing.thats number 1 priority before theres major damage from water...so as im getting things in order, naturally the weather blows up and what i thought would be a few days work is omminously looking like over a week, with the last three days being constant rain then today blowing a gale.. but i found some focus and did what could be done at ground level,with the odd dash to the roof, but decided to wait another day before hauling the kite like flashing segments skyward. and in amonvst the wild freezing rain yesterday emmerged two lovely ladies having a snack in their car before perousing the park..i didnt catch your names if , you read this please contact me so i can thank you again for really lifting my spirit with your kind words and reaction to the place.. its been a struggle with main roads denying me signage up at the nearest intersections which basically destroys my passing trade which is the backbone of my survival. so if your headed to the park please be careful as the only sign out the front appears very quickly on the inside of a long sweeping bend, causing people to perform death defying uturns up near cosy corner.. google maps will get you here ... peace and thanks for coming to check out the margaret river sculpture park ... boothy

07.01.2022 Righto folks it’s nearly school holidays . Time to bring the kids down to the sculpture park and send them on the treasure hunt .. all new clues , and lots of new exciting work to see

Looking for something really cool and unique to southwest ... come on down and see what's happening at the margaret river sculpture park .. see if the kids can work through the treasure hunt clues and name all the sculptures .. bring your dog if u like , a picnic , open everyday at 19 grosse road hamelin bay jyst behind the beach ..

06.01.2022 It's nearly time for the annual Easter bunny chocolate hunt . Bring the kids down and work through the treasure hunt then come and collect your chocolate wabbit Hopefully the weather is as nice as last year Easter weekend , I reckon it's ok to look for treasure any day and if you can't make it on the Sunday then come on the Saturday ... kids can have some early choc wabbits

04.01.2022 the park is in full bloom with all the wonderful colours of spring..so grab the dog , the squids and whoever...and come on down and take a stroll around the natural coastal setting of the margaret river sculpture park...see if the kids can find the treasure chest as they look for clues in the park leading them through the sculptures. were having some technical issues with main roads western australia and signage...basically were 1km from Hamelin Bay turn off...if you miss the sign please be careful when you turn around , bring a picnic or a wine and enjoy the surrounds....
