09.01.2022 I hope all my Facebook friends enjoyed Australia Day. I am staying with my daughter and grandson in Cairns for an extended time. From February I will be offering aroma, meditation and life coaching sessions to the Cairns community. 02.01.2022 This week I was fortunate enough to be able to assist a friend who was feeling tired, stressed and emotional. I created a roller bottle blend to de-stress and re-balance her emotions. I used Frankincense, Roman chamomile and Wild Orange, coupled with Balance and Elevation blends.
