20.01.2022 This is one of the pieces that I currently have for sale. The painting is called "Goanna Nesting Season" The story of this painting depicts the intricate earthy colours of the landscapes and captures a mother goanna as she lays nestled amongst the gum leaves, just after hatching her eggs. Father Goanna is also there to protect his young, so lies nearby. In the distance they hear footsteps coming towards them unknown of the danger that will soon unfold.... Approx dimensions are 1m x .75m. To paint it I used high quality water based acrylics on canvas. Asking $1900 ono + p,h and insurance. Painting currently mounted on wooden frame.
