18.01.2022 Today's the day! We have the new Pirate Life Brewing X Limeburners Whisky Barrel Aged Stout available on tap today and we couldn't be more impressed with how it's turned out. We're the first venue in the country to have this delicious beer on tap so make sure you get a taste before it goes! We'll also be hosting a full Pirate Life Tap Takeover with three other Pirate Life brews paired with Limeburners Whiskies for boilermaker specials from 2pm. ... Make the most of it!

The (very) limited annual release of Giniversity Whisky Cask Gin is now available at our cellar door Complex and flavoursome, this gin has been aged for over 12 months in an ex-Limeburners Single Malt Whisky barrel. Sip it neat or enjoy in an Old Fashioned cocktail, this is definitely one to add to the top shelf!

02.01.2022 To celebrate the launch of our Giniversity Whisky Cask Gin, all weekend we have a very special tasting flight on offer. The Whisky Cask Gin starts out as Giniversity London Dry, before being aged in Limeburners American Oak Single Malt Whisky barrels. Each sip represents a different stage of the gin's process. ... Starting with Giniversity London Dry, the second glass is the brand new release of Whisky Cask Gin. From there we progress to the Giniversity Barrel Aged to compare the difference between whisky and French Oak shiraz barrels. The finisher is Limeburners American Oak Whisky. Each 15ml pour is paired with a carefully matched bite of local cheese to complement the flavour of the spirit. Only available until this Sunday, don't miss out!
