03.01.2022 Cove Buildings latest project kicked off in Cowaramup this week, and this one will have a few different features in the build One of the most common questions our clients always ask us is: what's the difference between boutique custom home builders and project builders? As this project grows we will keep you posted as to all the additional works and items you will get with a boutique builder like Cove Building.... In this image, apart from all the extra steel we use in our footings and slab, we also include a 120mm thick concrete slab, 32 MPA concrete And we cure our slabs - as you can see this slab is sitting under around 10mm of water, this slows the setting/curing of the slab down, resulting in less cracking and an overall superior product, in our mind one of the most important stages of any build but so often overlooked by some builders.
