13.01.2022 Country towns are wonderful places where community groups and organisations mutually work together, and this weekend MRRD proudly supported the local Lions Club, who then supported us by way of a community grant. Cab Savs, their partners and one roller hockey friend helped out at the Lions Shed to organise everything for the regular garage sale and we then got to spend time mixing with members of the public talking all things derby. The Lions Garage Sale generally takes place on the 1st and 3rd weekend of each month and they will happily accept donations at various times throughout the week.
