16.01.2022 Setting Up & Breaking Down Your Wedding Day: With Three Different Wedding Venue Scenarios. Most people dont give much thought to the set up and pack down of their wedding day. Though hire services do as they need a plan of how to bring your look together on the day. Whether youre having a wedding on the beach, in a winery or on a private property each venue has certain time restrictions as when you can bring all your equipment in. I interviewed Charmaine from Ferguson Val...ley Events a local wedding stylist in the Southwest of WA which we shared together a heap of tips and considerations you need to think about when booking your wedding venue and then once you have all these ideas of the look you want. So much gold in this live Facebook interview I really think these tips will set you up for a less stressful day in the lead up to and after your wedding day. Enjoy Nicole

12.01.2022 [Packing for your Wedding Day] Here I recommend what I do before I start packing all the items I need for The Gathering into my backpack. This tip is a great to make sure you have everything you need on your wedding day and nothing gets left behind. I hope this helpful, give me a thumbs up if it is . Regards Nicole

12.01.2022 [Facebook Live] Meet Shay from Soul Camping talking about the bell tents that are coming to The Gathering at Black Brewing Co on the 7th October. Soul Camping is running a competition on the day. Enter to 2 win nights in their bell Tents on a private property in the The Margaret River Region. So make sure you drop past their setup and enter.

12.01.2022 [A Wedding Folder] The first thing you are going to need is a ring folder (you know the ones you used at school, but a pretty colour) to put all your notes, quo...tes, samples etc into. You can buy one all made up or you can create one yourself. Creating one yourself you need - A diary so you can mark dates for things need to be paid or attended to by a certain time. Coloured dividers to divide research, to do, booked, paid documents. Clear protector sheets to stuff samples and bits of loose paper in. Even a good idea to buy a paper punch so you can put those holes neatly in those loose sheets. Highlighter pens a couple of different colours, pencils, sharpener and eraser. A pen is good but you will need white out as well ( buy two of these things, I always find one never works). A notebook to write any notes, make sure that is has ring holes so you can add it the folder as well. I would recommend keeping all this together so when you go to find all your bits and pieces they are all in one place. Finally making sure you have enough storage space to take photos on your phone, otherwise you need to buy some space or get a USB to transfer images too. You will be taking lots of photos and you want to be able to store these in one place. If you can separate your wedding photos to your personal life then you won't be forever scrolling down your phone looking for images to reference back to. A dropbox folder would be great for this. If you are going to use your phone to do all your work I would recommend that you back it up regularly at the end of each week. You would hate to break your phone or loose it to find all this information has gone with it as well. I do feel that a separate folder for this research and details are very important, because as we go along in the planning of this I am going to ask you who is your event co-ordinator on the day or another term is - go to person with details for your event. I am sure you are not just wanting to give your phone to someone on your wedding day to go through looking for your wedding details. There may be private information that you do not want people to see. I hope that helps. If you have something that helped you, please add your recommendation below. Nicole See more

12.01.2022 Are you at that stage of thinking about how you are going to get guests around on your wedding day? Today I spoke with Leanne from Gannaways Charters & Tours a local bus company operator, about how you can use buses to pick up guests from the airport to being bused around on your wedding day. Watch on and learn, I'm sure you find this very interesting I sure did.
