Well I'm offering something along these lines..... read on my pretties xoxo..... PREMENSTRUATION Week three of our cycle, just before we start menstruating is a challenging week for most of us. Emotions are high, frustration and anger rises, sensitivity increased, and the body begins to ache. Although we often feel and are told otherwise... its actually all perfect and happening for a reason. We are being shown all that is not working in our lives and the collective around us so we can let it go when we bleed and let the Earth transform it into life again. But in a society that is driven by the masculine, there is little understanding, let alone time given to honour this incredibly important yet exhausting time in our cycle. That is what I would like to create for you. OFFERING So I'm offering a Moontime Massage Session for premenstrual symptoms such as stress, saddness, anxiety, fatigue, grief, anger, depression, body aches, dispear, longing, loneliness and the rest . This will be a 90min full body massage and healing session. I will use sound healing instruments by my drum and singing bowls, incense, candles and music to heal, as well as oils to soothe the heart and soul and relieve the pain within the body and womb space. I will focus on nurturing the entire body through powerful loving touch and deep flowing strokes. Before the massage begins we can speak about what has been coming up for you and what you might like to focus on releasing during the massage to set strong intention as we begin. A space for you to drop in and really allow yourself to feel the raw emotions and be held and nurtured in a safe and loving womby space. You will leave feeling reconnected to all that you are, soothed on a deep level and understanding that the process of menstruation is powerful and magic within your body to be respected rather than avoided.
