20.01.2022 Considering what we've all been through in 2016, and for some of us just after Christmas meant no power and for fewer no access to water, this mandala reminds us all that Resilience is something we develop. It's a GREAT resource. When the mind stops telling us how awful and hopeless things are, and we're able to literally sit and do nothing but stare at the sky, night or day, even if only for a few minutes, calmness pervades our whole system. There are ALWAYS solutions, som...e of which we can prepare for - eg candles, gas stoves or gas fires, logfires, top up petrol, buy generators etc. Developing resilience means no longer catastrophising but to invite calmness first and then allowing the Self to listen to insights. Feel the resistance, the arguments, the wild thoughts, watch the gymnastics of the mind until it realises it's lost its audience. Praps I should do a mandala for Stoicism. See more

13.01.2022 Hours later I've updated my new website www margiesmandalas.com. I'm pondering whether to offer another 12 mandala calendar for 2018 after vowing not to do any more. The theme is how to evaporate unwanted thoughts behaviours beliefs. So that's 12 mandalas, each with 12 meditative texts. will inc the 3 Violet fire mandalas. Please indicate interest.

13.01.2022 Around the world people are meditating on St Germaine's Violet Flame to help cope with surrendering all the dross carried in this life. Very very hard for many undergoing physical and psychic trauma. Societal conflict, political culture swilling in lies, wealth and power, environmental damage and threats to all life are part of this 'dross'. Here is one of three Violet Flame mandalas created in past 2 days. Violet Fire -protect, violet-fire-restore and this one, Violet Fire-Optimism.

You who live to understand better the emotional mental spiritual nuances of human existence; you who recognise the teasing power of EgoMind, who are eternally vulnerable, challenged, mocked, overlooked and fail to shore up financial security; You who understand all life is connected; you who continue to be alert, investigative, creative in expressing compassion and kindness no matter how often you're flatt...ened, know you're not noble or better or cleverer or have all the answers. you're naively 'obeying the call within'. It's compulsive. At times the courage to continue is almost too much but somehow you find it. Look into this mandala and ask for the miracle. Why care what it is? Ask and ask again. 06.01.2022 3rd ray pink flame, invocation Offering of the Broken Heart caught my eye so here's the mandala . Editing text to suit my character type, ' I offer my sorrows, grief, fears, tears, worries, pains, worries, doubts, loneliness to the Suds of Love.(not Altar'). When looking from a 1.5m distance at the heart of this mandala i saw it as frothy-ish. This metaphor gives a lighthearted view of surrendering our woes to the wash, than buckle under the weight of them. As I'm holding a 20min meditation at MarketinSpirit's next market Woodside 11th june, I'm thinking I might use some of the flames on the big screen.
