I suppose the mechanics of selling a home are rather straight forward but it is the personalised support and attention to detail behind those mechanics that make all the difference; and that is where you excelled. Our initial contact gave us a level of confidence that you have a good appreciation of the market and you were able to advise us correctly... on a likely sale price and an estimate of how the house would be accepted on the market. In both instances you were right on the money. Your advice on how best to present the house certainly helped us show our house to its best. We would not have presented our home that way but after seeing the photographs confirmed to us that your advice was once again most accurate.
