21.01.2022 As we are moving out of lockdown and restrictions are easing we might find ourselves eating more, drinking more or not watching the foods we are eating as we venture out. Some tips to help you out as you start visiting friends and family. 1. If going eating out ask for half portions or order entree... 2. Start meals with a glass of water 3. Stick to one glass of wine 4. Read portion control in your step booklets and order or eat accordingling to the step you are on 5. Do not be persuaded to eat more than necessary. Often people will use the the words Come on i haven’t seen you for a while let’s enjoy or I have been trying out these recipes while in COVID you must try. 6. Be mindful of your triggers. 7. Use My Fitness Pal to track calorie intake or to create aware of what you have been eating. 8. Start meals with a glass of water. 9. Have your one2onediet product with you. 14.01.2022 Lactose intolerance is very common. In fact, it's thought to affect around 75% of the world's population. I am one of them. Born with the condition I have experienced digestive problems all my life when I eat dairy. I love cheese and crackers but it doesn’t love me. I was excited to learn when i started the program a while back that I could still do the 1:1 Diet! There is a range of lactose free products, and they are yummy.
