23.01.2022 While Senior Concert Band takes a break, here are our newest members - Year 7 students who took instrumental studies as part of their Music programme and have continued on. Every Thursday we meet in the Concert Bands usual time slot, and rehearse so that they are ready to join the seniors when we are back on site.

19.01.2022 We are celebrating SCIENCE WEEK 2020 https://www.scienceweek.net.au This term, our Year 10 and VCE Science students participated in a Zoom science incursion! The aim of the Science Delivery program was to increase the participation of girls in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) courses at university. The program was developed and delivered by current Bachelor of Science students from The University of Melbourne. The presentation included an interactive science show, hands-on activities, and a Kahoot played by over 99 students at once!

18.01.2022 On Saturday the 5th of December, the 21st Commerical Resupply Service will take off from the Kennedy Space Center, bound for the International Space Station. One of the items board will be a number of Australian Wattle seeds, which after spending their 6 months in space will be returned to Earth and planted at Marian College. Today our student leaders had the privilege of interviewing Sister Brigid Arthur about her work with the Brigidine Asylum Seeker Project, as well as Manyiel, our African Liaison Officer, to hear more about his journey as a refugee to Australia.
