12.01.2022 WOW another GREAT special from YIAH Starting MONDAY 21st March - 28th March

12.01.2022 Just had to share this - SHEPHARDS PIE POTATOE SKIN WHAT YOU NEED: Potatoes 2 1/2 Tablespoons butter... 1/2 teaspoon Porcini salt 1/4 cup milk 1 Tablespoon of Country Onion and Chive Dip Mix 500g mince 1 onion 1/2 teaspoon lime cracked pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 Tablespoon flour 1 Tablespoon Tomato and Herb Dip Mix 1 Tin tomatoes 1 cup beef stock 2 teaspoons worchestshire sauce 1 cup of peas and diced carrot Bake potatoes till soft in the centre. Slice off top, scoop out the potato and place in a bowl with the salt, milk, butter and Chive dip ix and mash. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, brown onions and add mince and brown. Add remaining ingredients in order and simmer till sauce thickens. Scoop mince mix into potato skins, top with the mash and bake in 175 degree oven for about 15 minutes

03.01.2022 WINTER and the BEST Chicken Noodle Soup from YIAH for more Recipes visit my website mariannefreeman.yourinspirationathome.com.au... Chicken Noodle Soup WHAT YOU NEED: (Serves 6) 2 Cooked Chicken breasts shredded 2 Carrots diced 4 Celery stalks diced (chuck in the leaves as well) 1 large onion cut into quarters 2 Zucchini sliced in rounds then halved 2 Cups of Chicken stock 4 Teaspoons of Autumn harvest Dry glaze dissolved in 2 cups of hot water 2 Extra teaspoons of Autumn harvest Dry Glaze. Angel Hair pasta 1 cup of Soup Mix (dried peas, lentils and barley) this should be soaked for about an hour beforehand, remove any discoloured mix. Sweat off the vegetables (except zucchini) with a little olive oil and 2 teaspoon of dry glaze. In a large pot, add the cooked vegatables, stock, dissolved Dry glaze liquid, lentil soup mix and chicken. Bring to a gentle boil, reduce to simmer and add Pasta and zucchini. Season with the Chilli, garlic salt and continue to simmer for about 30 minutes
