But this Morayfield property is one of a kind, unique, lovely, but at the same time not suitable for everyone. Last week was busy with having few appraisals done, getting a contract on one of the properties and getting ready for the settlement of the property that I got personally attached due to the property character, and many personal aspects related to the property and its owners. The property went on the market just few weeks before covid-19 restrictions took place, so there were some challenges. Against all odds, it didn’t take that long to have the property unde...r contract with a street record price over a million dollars! This is yet another example of the saying dreams do come true in this case for the buyers who fell in love with the property from the first moment, and the Sellers who not only achieved the result they had secretly had hoped for, but also found a smaller new dream home. 10.01.2022 What a week ups and downs as usually in the real estate agent’s life: - Some Owners wanting to postpone going on the market, many unsure what to do at the moment - Some Owners eager to see their properties go for sale as soon as possible.. - more elderly Owners decide to move into a safer place where they can be looked after and selling their life-time residences... But besides the above, I think the most exciting news are that I have got 2 offers on one of my acreage property and another one for the other one also acreage. One interstate buyer! Can’t come over here due to covid-19 restrictions, but we had a virtual inspection, happy with the outcome (this inspection took longer than real-life one) and happy to place an offer.
