25.01.2022 It is that time of year again.... CHRISTMAS From today onwards we will have our special Christmas cakes for sale. We have been soaking the fruit for close to 2 months now and they’re smelling delicious. They have been baked slowly with plenty of love by our wonderful bakers. ... The medium container (wrapped in red) is being sold at $18 each. The container is fully microwave and/ or oven proof for heating options. The large cake size (wrapped in green) is being sold at $36 each. These were very popular last year and we would hate for anyone to miss out! Get in quick for this delicious treat.

24.01.2022 We have plenty of rolls and sandwich loaves on hand for all celebrating the start of the New Year. Don't miss out as we will be closed on Friday January 1, and will resume trade Saturday January 2nd. 24.01.2022 We are back to full production again after our oven repairs have been completed. We have plenty of bread on our shelves again and we're gearing up to stock for Mothers Day this weekend. Please place any orders this weekend - we reply to all DMs on our page. Stay safe

22.01.2022 Sad to say that due to lack of supply of fresh diced apple, we will be unable to produce the following popular products: - apple slice - apple pies and crumbles - apple turnovers... We will be able to continue making our sweetbread products with an alternative apple product however due to its different eating quality it has been decided its unsuitable for our full range of apple flavoured products. Watch this space for further updates.

16.01.2022 We are happy to say we have received a shipment of fresh apples on Friday and we are now busy baking the products you all have been missing. Apple turnovers and Apple Pies and Crumbles are back on the shelves. Our Apple slice needs to chill down before we can cut it up and won't be available until Sunday morning.

Thanks to you, we are able to keep our doors open and serving our daily produce not to mention keeping our small team of crew busy and away from self isolation full time. 13.01.2022 Due to mandatory lockdown we REQUIRE all customers to wear masks upon entry into the store over the next 3 days. We will be open & trading as usual but our staff now have the right to refuse service to anyone not following government regulations. As well as this, we are limiting bread purchases to 5 loaves per customer. This is to ensure we can accommodate to as many people possible. We thank you for your support & stay safe everyone.

Please continue to co-operate with the directives of Queensland Health to stem the spread of COVID. We will continue enforcing this direction until Jan 22 (or otherwise directed by Qld Health) and will not tolerate any person that will not co-operate with staff. Please remember that as small business owners, we are also responsible for the health and safety of our team members. 10.01.2022 To all our customers. We are closed today and possibly tomorrow due to a power outage overnight and subsequently require emergency electrical repairs. Please watch this space for updates. **UPDATE** Power has been restored and all equipment has been tested and given all clear. We will resume trade tomorrow morning. We may be without some of our delicious goods tomorrow as we attempt to restock our range.

05.01.2022 Dear customers, due to the increasing costs of purchasing various fresh produce items during this COVID pandemic we regret there will be an increase in the retail price of affected items, mainly our sandwiches and pies. This will take effect later this week. Our everyday sandwich loaves will NOT be affected as well as plain rolls. We are busy baking more than usual so please give us a shout out if you are unable to come in bright and early to pick up our daily baked bread. 05.01.2022 Cupcakes, cupcakes, cupcakes. We are noticing how many of our lovely customers are wanting something new, fun, yummy & exciting. So with that, we have decided to do a cupcake sale this Saturday the 12th of September. From 7am, we will have a table out the front which will have a variety of flavours for sale. They will be $4 each or a 6 pack for $20 (any type allowed). *All cupcakes will be a vanilla base with flavoured buttercream*... The flavours are - Crunchie - Bubblegum - Cotton Candy - Choc Peanut Butter - Nutella - Oreo (cookies & cream) On Friday we will be decorating all of the cupcakes and there will be a more detailed post with pictures. 05.01.2022 C H R I S T M A S E V E We are now taking orders for Christmas Eve. Please bear in mind this is the busiest day of the year for us and we will be trying to accommodate as much as possible to fulfill everyone’s orders and wants. We do advise anyone & everyone to place a Christmas Eve order to avoid missing out on your favourite products. ... This year we have a new system in place where all Christmas orders need to be paid in full before the 24th. We will be baking lots of bread, rolls, beestings, croissants, sour dough, savoury products as well as selling our Christmas cakes. Order collection will be in Shop 7 (right beside us) as we now own that shop space. This will reduce the craziness inside the bakery and will also ensure social distancing as much as possible to keep all of our customers safe. The bakers will be increasing production of your favorite sandwich bread tonight for Wednesday trade and subsequent days.

02.01.2022 We’ve been thinking about a cheap but easy, convenient dessert you can take to Christmas parties at work or for family or even a sneaky treat for yourself. So we have created a trifle that is able to serve 2+ people. It is layers of homemade traditional vanilla custard, vanilla sponge soaked in port , peaches, orange jelly and topped off with fresh cream. So delicious and in store now for $8.
