12.01.2022 We had the most beautiful weekend camping down south in pretty Dwellingup! The only thing that was a nuisance was the mosquitoes. Can always be a worry having them sneak their way into the tent while your little ones sleep. We sprayed and sprayed and we were all ok. 07.01.2022 We hope you’re enjoying the festive season. It saddens me after a lot of thought to let you know that I will be resigning from Marie Laveau Organic Skincare at the end of the year. For ten years now mum and I have been collaborating as a team. It has been a really rewarding experience seeing my naturopathic practice flourish and sharing our knowledge and love of herbs and essential oils. I have loved seeing results with our products and will never stop using them personall...y. Having two children now and another growing family business I need to make that my priority for now. I am also studying at UWA fulfilling a dream to complete a bachelor in fine arts, communications and marketing. I can hopefully then support my partner more and allow him to work less than 7 days a week. It’s really not sustainable and I need to do the best for my growing family. We will be having a huge end of year online sale to mark this occasion! Stay tuned. From the 1st of January the online store will be closed for awhile so get in while you can. 07.01.2022 It’s mulberry season again! Ivy and I have been picking buckets of them over the holidays. Rhun has been enjoying picking them all by himself. Everyone talks about how messy they make you and how tasty they are but they have SO many health benefits too. Super rich in resveratrol- the antioxidant that keeps so many illnesses away. It has a unique property fighting cancer and aiding blood sugar balance. ... It is also cell regenerative which makes it incredibly oxygenating to the skin.
