17.01.2022 I see and hear a lot of people complaining. opportunities in life wishing they had a better jobs etc , list can go on I lost my past identity I didn’t know any better the day I had to decide 14 years ago I say to myself what if I didn’t loose my memory where would I be??? Would I have done all the things I have done now??? Will I have the met the people that have crossed my path??? Instead of being grateful and the opportunities that have come my way.I had to wake up to myse...lf, and say what happened to me, was meant to be, I had to re grow and learn my pathway. I gave up on massive opportunities, looking back there was a reason, why I said no, just wake up be grateful for what you have and always have s smile on your face. This is my destiny!!! looking back on my Life, I’m happy fir what I have done and surrounded my life with across the world... Believe in yourself, Write your goals down , What ever it may be, we have so many choices with one life... Marie Saran

17.01.2022 What is a slipped disc??? Your spinal column is made up of a series of bones vertebrae stacked onto each other From top-bottom the column includes 7bones in the cervical spine 12 in the thoracic spine, and 5in the lumbar followed by the sacrum and the coccyx at the base These bones are cushioned discs The discs protect the bones by absorbing the shocks from daily activities like walking, lifting, and twisting etc Each disc has 2 parts -a soft, gelatinous inner portion and a... tough outer ring Injury or weakness can cause the inner portion of the disc to protrude through the outer ring. This is known as a slipped, herniated, or prolapsed disc. This causes pain and discomfort If the slipped disc compresses one of your spinal nerves, you may also experience numbness and pain along the affected nerv In severe instances, you may require surgery You can have a slipped disc in any part of your spine, from your neck to your lower back but The lower back is one of the most common areas for slipped discs Your spinal column is an intricate network of nerves and blood vessels. A slipped disc can place extra pressure on the nerves and muscles around it. Symptoms of a slipped disc include: -pain and numbness, most commonly on one side of the body -pain that extends to your arms or legs -pain that worsens at night or with certain movements -pain that worsens after standing or sitting -pain when walking short distances unexplained muscle weakness -tingling, aching, or burning sensations in the affected area Because a bulging disc does not always show symptoms, many people have bulging discs without realizing it. As long as the bulging area does not press against a nearby nerve, no symptoms occur. When the bulging disc does cause a pinched nerve you may begin to experience symptoms In the lower back, the damaged disc can cause pain to travel to the hips, buttocks, legs and fee In the cervical spine, pain can radiate from the neck, down the arm and to the fingers. 13.01.2022 They brought balloons to a school. One was given to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway. The professors then mixed all the balloons.... The students were given 5 minutes to find their own balloon. Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon. At that point the professors told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes everyone had their own balloon. The professors said to the students: These ballons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own. But if we care about other people's happiness... we'll find ours too."
