22.01.2022 The volunteers, guests and staff have had great fun putting together this hamper to brighten a local family's Christmas. It will be off to Vinnies tomorrow for delivery next week

21.01.2022 A big "Thank you" to the Scottsdale St Vincent de Paul Society shop ladies for organising such a wonderful fundraising fashion parade and morning tea yesterday, with funds raised supporting Marillac House. I had a great time and it was lovely to get the opportunity to meet some more of the amazing Vinnies volunteers :-) Jennifer Lyall

21.01.2022 Marillac House is hosting an Open Day on Saturday 29th October, commencing at 10:30am - 2pm. Come along and learn a little more about the service that we provide for patients and their families needing to travel to Launceston for medical purposes. There will be a trade table and raffle to assist with our bathroom renovation fundraising.... All welcome

We would like to wish all our guests, volunteers, supporters and donors a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Safe New Year

12.01.2022 A very big "Thank You" to the Novaro's Team (Nick, Sarah and Brett) for supporting our guests, by adapting a take away menu that they can access very easily from next door. It is very convenient and will make a huge difference to those enduring the fatigue and stress of many medical treatments. Thank you for your care and consideration

09.01.2022 Great News!! The Tasmanian Community Fund have approved our application for a Grant to install a lift into Marillac House. The installation work will commence on Monday 25th January 2016 and due to the structural nature of the installation Marillac House will be closed for 3 weeks, reopening on Monday 15th February 2016. A very big thank you to the Tasmanian Community Fund, along with all the people that supported the application, who believe in the service that we provide.

07.01.2022 Marillac House will be closed for 3 weeks, commencing Monday 25th January and re opening on Monday 15th February. This closure is due to the building works related to the installation of a lift / elevator into the premises. An enormous 'Thank you" to the Tasmanian Community Fund for making this project possible.

04.01.2022 Volunteer Week We would like to recognise the dedication of all the wonderful volunteers who give so much of their time and various skills to help make our service so very special. Thank you Thank you also to Volunteering Tasmania for the donation of muffins. :-) We used some of them this morning at our volunteer morning tea and have given some to our guests.
