11.01.2022 Y O U B E L O N G Happy Monday! What did you get up to on the weekend that made you smile? I caught up with a group of beautiful people who I did my yoga teacher training with at @biyome_celia_roberts_yoga and there were lots of smiles, laughs and hugs.... Coming together to share time, energy, stories, experiences and company with you all makes my whole being smile. Belongingness (what a word!) or the need to belong is an essential part of our human nature. We have an innate need of connection and belonging. Humans are social creatures and a lack of strong interpersonal relationships can lead to decreased physical and mental health. You are part of this world, you truly do belong. May you always feel welcome in our yoga community. You matter. 11.01.2022 Feeling blessed to have spent a soul-nourishing day on myself. I had my first Reiki session with beautiful Caitlin @alchemyabundance I felt so relaxed and I may share more about this soon. Then tea and home practice followed by a relaxing bath with divine bath salts gifted to me by Caitlin.... Yes it has been a wonderful day.
