Entrée: Italian Arancini filled bolognaise. Cured Atlantic salmon (Gravlax). Pork Belly with apple and celeriac remoulade. Mains: Braised beef cheek, fondant potatoes, broccolini, red wine jus. Salmon steak, truffle Paris mash, scorched cherry tomatoes and Riesling sauce. 01.01.2022 Hi Everyone, we have some very EXCITING news to share with you! In order to deliver an even better dining experience, we will be closing our bistro from Jan 27th with doors set to reopen on March 1st. During this time will be making some renovations to our kitchen and food preparation areas as well as putting together an entirely new menu for your enjoyment! This will not affect our fuel berth which remains open 7 days a week, 8am till 4pm.
