25.01.2022 Dear Client's, It is with much regret that I have decided to temporarily close down for business. Whilst we all have varying opinions on the current virus,I feel the need to pull back and be with family at this time of uncertainty. I do not wish to put myself,my family nor my clients under any undue risk,due to the close proximity with which I work with people. This has not been an easy decision to make,and I have been mulling over the decision for a while.... I am very aware too,that the message I am getting very strongly, is that it is important to be inside and introspective right now as events unfold. Please take this time to spend quality time with family,listen to music, sing,cook food together and have conversations and open up the doors to deeper relationships with your loved ones. And I know this is hard to hear, but I Love you all!! I enjoy looking at my calender each day to see that each time anyone of you is coming for treatment, I think " oh, I'm seeing my friends today" A big Thank you to All of you!! I appreciate all your support and look forward to using this opportunity to reinvent myself. At this stage I will be looking to see people after Easter from the 28/4/2020, however I will wait to see how the situation pans out. Wishing you boosted immunity, love and energetic hugs!! 20.01.2022 Ease your Heart (picture of 'Heartsease- Viola tricolour) A friend cleaned my house today,and I learnt that whilst I don't mind cleaning- she loves it and is happy to be paid for it. So by freeing up my time I was able to get on top of things that were important to me and focus on my work that I love. So you see, I did something that I love and she did something that she loved and we both honoured each other as friends from the highest possible space!! which ease's both of our hearts What is something you can pay someone to do that free's up your time to do more of what you love?

19.01.2022 Consider this; What if the "bad things" that happened in your life weren't really "bad things" what if it was just an opportunity for the universe to Liberate you? Liberate you from a pattern you got stuck in, a proverbial rut that you fell into? What if you were undervaluing yourself and wanted more, then you got sacked, so you were forced to look at opportunities for new work and rediscovered the things you love doing again...What if that became your new source of income? .......it gave you focus! So was it really a " bad thing" that happened to you? Liberate yourself and welcome the "bad things" into your life so you can live fearlessly, then realising that anything that happens is neither good nor bad- it just is. Peace out See more

16.01.2022 Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and peaceful New Year. Thank you to all that have supported my business through this interesting year. I will be closed and returning on the 2nd February 2021.... Enjoy this Christmas and take the time to be honest and caring with yourself. Nurturing kindness and patience within yourself allows you to open that door for others,so everyone can be kinder and more respectful of others. As we are all trying to navigate through difficult times, and I'm well equipped at dealing with physical and emotional pain I would like to assist in any way I can. Please see this as an opportunity to move through anything that may be troubling you and allow me to help you transition. I have availability after Easter,be aware this offer is ...not restricted to clients. So If you know anyone else who may be in need, please feel free to refer them. 12.01.2022 Dear all, I recently studied and received my certifications for Neuro Linguistic Programming , including Hypnotherapy. This has allowed me to branch out and offer solutions to negative emotions, limiting decisions or beleifs and or eliminating unwanted desires and more! How exciting!!
