10.01.2022 Most mornings I HAVE TO sit and meditate and seek Gods face and ignore my phones and the world until my Soul is fed and fortified! My mind used to be so chaotic that meditation has become such a great tool to re-align my self to my calling and not my emotions! This morning I had to sneak my phone in to take a photo of this magic, what an honour to have these two intentionally want to join and seek God too! ... I never force God on my kids, it’s their choice! More and more I open my eyes to see they have joined in, this makes my heart so happy But one things for sure, if you want Devine revelation that defies your situation, you won’t find it anywhere else but at His feet, We never reveal our true heart or dreams or vision to our enemies or just anyone right? We reveal our deepest desires to our close friends! Friendship takes time and effort and consistency, And other than my family, God is the only friend I truly trust and lean on, so it’s the friendship I spend the most time on! In fact, it’s the only relationship I actively pursue!! His Presence reveals to me the condition of my heart and disciplines my attitude so I can be better for the ones I love! This is my most important relationship- It brings Revelation in spite of my unrighteousness, Peace no matter my imperfections, security in every situation and the Joy that strengthens me through the discomfort and sacrifice of killing my ego, my fiapoko and jealous nature, my need to inflict pain on those who hurt my ego... need I say more about why this relationship is worth cultivating?? This relationship saves me from myself and jail I love the saying, the grass is not greener over the fence, the grass is green where you water it It’s never to late to start cultivating any relationship- it’s not to late to water that dry patch of garden and rejuvenate the relationships that we let turn to dust because they offended us - if you have that nudging in your heart to start watering that garden again, go for it!!! Especially with our parents and siblings, make it right it starts with you
