Back into it next week, rest up over the weekend team.....youre going to need it!

22.01.2022 With no further local cases of COVID-19 overnight, and strong testing numbers, at midnight tonight the lockdown will end as planned. A range of interim restrictions will remain in place as part of a stepped-down approach. The interim restrictions will be in place for the next four days - specifically from 12.01am Tuesday 27 April, through to 12.01am on Saturday 1 May. In line with the Perth metropolitan and Peel regions post-lockdown measures, our campuses will open from tom...orrow, Tuesday 27 April 2021. TAFE classes will resume, but all staff and students will be required to wear a mask. Lecturers are permitted to remove their mask while teaching. The four square metre rule will not apply in classrooms and working environments at TAFE. Campuses are being cleaned before classes resume, with particular attention to high contact surfaces. Hand sanitizer is available across campuses in key locations. There will also be a small supply of masks for staff and students in the event they require a replacement while on campus. We encourage people to visit www.wa.gov.au to find more information. Usual physical distancing and hygiene practices will continue, following the Healthy WA guidelines, particularly those around hand washing, covering coughs and sneezes and staying home if you are unwell. If you are unwell, awaiting COVID-19 test results or in self-isolation, please do not attend campus. 07.01.2022 See the Block 1 Certificate III in Outdoor Recreation students completing their final assessments for Snorkelling at Rottnest... the skies were definitely not clear, but the water was crystal! Well done to all the team, battling rain, broken bike chains and savage subway stealing seagulls. Great job!

06.01.2022 Here are our Certificate III in Outdoor Recreation students exploring Seal and Penguin Islands while refining their kayaking skills for up coming assessments. There were so many seals and sea lions being very inquisitive, coming right up to us! First time I have ever seen a wild penguin on Penguin Island, quite rare as there are apparently only 300 left on the Island. Awesome day, Well done all.
