17.01.2022 Today is the last day of 2020. What can I say ......? First of all, thank you to all my amazing couples, vendors and venues who I had the honour of working with this year. This has been a very challenging year to say the least, but one thing I really learnt from it is to change my PERSPECTIVE about things. ... I am here writing this post all bruised up after a little incident running with my Dog Marlee but that's ok, things happen. With unfortunately so many negative + sad situations around us, it's so easy to get caught up into it, but I don't want to remember 2020 only for negative things....... This year has really taught me to slow down, to be patience, to focus on the positive, to find happiness in the little things and most importantly to make the most of my time with the ones that really matter. I had more than half of my weddings postponed and I didn't work for nearly 5 months, that was pretty tough business wise but instead of seeing it in a negative way I really took the most out of it and done things that my busy schedule would have not allowed me. I had some incredible time with my loved ones, enjoyed so much time outdoor, Skyped with my Parents in Italy nearly on a daily basis and overall started doing things together with my family that we stopped cause I was TOO BUSY. So despite the fact that next year will be a very busy working year ( I thank GOD for that ) I want to take the good I learnt this year and START FROM THERE. Here’s to an incredible 2021! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE
