24.01.2022 Grateful to be strong physically. The body gives you back what you put in it. Talking about my healthy body, 12 months today is where the amazing journey started. And after those 12 months Im proud to say that was one of the best decisions I have taken. In life we have a few things that we have control on, one of them is what we fill our bodies with. I have been working around food since I was 12 years old. I lived in Europe most of my childhood, the amazing fresh produce, ...the people cooking it and that unique smell when it comes in front of you. The passion and time that goes into each dish was something spectacular, even the simple things reflected the person that cooked them. I also learned that due to nutrition depletion our body needs more than just healthy food. Needs supplements and meals full of good and powerful nutritional content. I have been A product of the product for a solid 12 months and I have been able to retain my healthy weight, build up muscle, sleep well and live the 80/20 life-style.
