25.01.2022 I am having a blast teaching at Nathalia Secondary College! The students worked very hard in the first two sessions today learning Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), and their results were outstanding! The class average was 95% with some students achieving the perfect score on the test! (Well done! ) To celebrate after lunch we put the books away and made home made spring rolls and ice chocolates - great way to end the day! ... The students are in the home stretch now with three certificates down, and only one more to go. Then Celebration time! If any businesses are looking for barista or front of house staff, or can help out with work experience, we have amazing students that are trained, certified and ready to go!

22.01.2022 I have had the most wonderful time in picturesque Echuca training students over the last three days on all aspects of Hospitality and cleaning and maintaining commercial premises. Partnering with CVGT Echuca, I designed a commercial cleaning workshop which includes two Nationally Recognised qualifications. Once completed, students will not only be able to work in Hospitality, but also in contract cleaning, housekeeping in motels, and laundry. This will give students a wider s...cope to find employment. To conclude our course we had business representatives in the cleaning sector explaining to students what their expectations are and an overview of the job description. Employers were keen and students handed in their resume for consideration - wonderful outcome. Thank you to the staff at CVGT Echuca for making me feel so welcome and to Mr. Daniel with certificates. I look forward to working with you in 2021 Big thank you to Jac at Everyday Suppies Shepparton for all the chemicals and equipment to make this course possible! *Training delivered in partnership with QSS RTO Code 90791

11.01.2022 One of the unique features of Cooking 4 Life programs is that I like to adjust the learning environment to suit the program to give the best possible outcome for the students. This week at Rumbalara it was a real family environment - students were able to bring their children to learn how to cook a meal as well as how to make slushie style mocktails I had the most wonderful time - apart from when Little Miss Yalilikarri, who knows I am a little scared of snakes, said the...re was one just behind me! I'm so glad my students have done their first aid as I think I needed the Defibrillator Watch this space - as next week I have a wonderful surprise to share with you!! Have a great weekend Marz *Training delivered in partnership with QSS RTO Code 90791
