Keep an eye out for even more improvements to the Stadium over the coming months.

02.01.2022 RETURN TO PLAY TIP | One spectator per participant Where possible, we ask that spectators are limited to one spectator per participant. This will assist with st...icking to the recommended stadium capacities. We understand that this is not always possible particularly when parents have other children in their care and in these instances we'll do our best to ensure entry and that everyone is maintaining social distancing. 01.01.2022 IMPORTANT COVID GUIDELINES - PLEASE SEE BELOW Dear South Members, As basketball games return we need to take precautions to prevent a 2nd wave of COVID stoppin...g us playing the game we love! Please follow the guidelines set out by Basketball SA & SA Health at games this week:- Spectators are limited to 1 person per player where possible, Marion courts in particular have limited seating & will only allow 50 people per court. Keep 1.5m apart from next person/ group (ie. a spare seat). Of course - if parents have kids in their care that can be accommodated, but BSA are only recommending 1 spectator per player to maintain 1.5m social distance. People may be refused entry or asked to leave if physical distancing cannot be/ is not being complied with. Please arrive at the stadium only 10 mins prior to match, & leave as soon as possible, no team gatherings after matches Sanitise prior to arrival & at entry point, no handshakes OR high fives For Marion stadium please enter via main door & leave via Norfolk Rd door Fee payments are "cashless", please pay by card Check fixture timings as they may have changed Division 1 games will not be fully timed to allow them to complete in an hour's timeframe We have heard that Police are now regularly inspecting sporting events for compliance - so we really need members to be respectful & abide by policies. We are hoping that if all goes well SA Health may ease conditions & allow more spectators in the coming weeks. Thanks everyone, stay safe!
