16.01.2022 The second night at El Rocio Festival in Heathcote was rather interesting, with Marisma Imperious and his best mate Marisma Remus knocking down the yarding panels, going for a run around the church ground and jumping the fences before terrorising the poor folks of Heathcote. I don't think it's every Friday night the people of Heathcote see a friesian and an Andalusian galloping along High St in the middle of the road. I suppose the boys thought they might head home as they ga...lloped towards the Melbourne freeway before taking a scenic route off towards Nagambie. Luckily the police busted their adventures 7 km into their leisurely gallop in the middle of the roads. 6 hours later around 4am with many thanks to heaps of community members and especially Tiffany and Cliffs good tracking skills we located the boys kicking back in a big paddock with a nice dam. Safe to say tonight they are spending the night in stables complex. We all are in need of a good sleep.. See more
