19.01.2022 Leg mobility warm up! Heres one of my warm up routines before leg training. Be sure to add in mobility + activation exercises prior to any strenuous training. This can help prevent injuries, prep the body and fire up the central nervous system. Complete each exercise for 10 reps keeping the flow dynamic to heat up the body well. ... Happy lifting!

15.01.2022 Experiencing tight muscles Tips to ease your pain that I use Stretch this way - focus on a deep stretch and hold it for a minimum of 60sec x 3 sets per muscle group. Pair your stretching with foam rolling before and after training. Perform at least 10x reps on each muscle before moving to the next. Have a magnesium bath soak for 20min. Add 1x cup of Epsom salts and relax. Learning to sit still and relax will do you a world benefit that will help ease your m...ind and your muscles.
