There has been one reported where a pers...on was seeking private rentals on social media, they were then contacted and sent a fake lease and asked for funds to be transferred, and informed that he would then sort with the agency. 18.01.2022 LANDLORD QUESTION One of the most common questions our Property Management Team receive from Landlords is "does my tenant pay water usage?". - The answ...er is yes - in NSW, the tenant is responsible for water usage charges as long as the property meets water efficiency standards and is separately metered.
