22.01.2022 I have been lucky enough to be training Michael and Katherine for a few years now. They both came to me with a goal and I would like to say I feel I have helped them both along the way. Michael smashed his weight loss goal and is now in full training for a triathlon and Kath kicked weight loss, then was lucky enough to become a first time mum and is now kicking fitness goals every week. Both are super nice people and an absolute pleasure to be involved in their achievements.

21.01.2022 Saw the workout this morning and it said to do it once. So now im in this groove of pushing myself a little more each week, so I added in the warm up and repeated the workout. Happy days.

16.01.2022 One of the hardest things I’ve experienced with exercise is starting. What do I mean when I say starting? Well making that first contact with a trainer who Is sometimes a stranger and trusting that they will have the professionalism and integrity to listen to you and work with you toward your goals. Starting is also getting out of bed, walking out of the house and heading to the gym. What I am asking from you is to allow me to help you start your journey into a healthier and happier lifestyle.

14.01.2022 Great news today. Been given the go ahead to use an undercover area at a local school. So that means bootcamp will be starting there this week, plus I’ll be free to do evening sessions under lights as well. Just going to work out some times and I’ll let you know.

06.01.2022 2020 was a difficult year for everyone and from a personal perspective I was forced into making some tough decisions (career-wise). This kicked me into starting my own business and it’s something I’ve never looked back on. Training people and helping them reach their goals is something I love and passionate about. I’ve enjoyed meeting new people and look forward to meeting more soon so a huge thank you to all my clients and I can’t wait to get back into what I’m sure will be huge 2021 and beyond. 04.01.2022 Bootcamp will be held at Delroy Park this week. Starts at 8am. $10 each. Bring a towel / yoga mat and water please. If your not sure where, as you turn into St Andrew’s drive from Minore Rd. Make your next left turn and you will see me there. See you all tomorrow.
