"a slight movement of the body" synonyms:motion, move, manoeuvre The first definition of movement in a Google search reveals this, and the first example is moving the body. It's fundamental to all life. However, as the years go by, we lose our love of movement, we become complacent, life gets in the way of effective movement and moving with purpose and direction. This leads to problems with the energy balance. With convenience at every corner, high caloric intake and low caloric consumption ruling our lives we gain bodyfat. With non purposeful movement we become pained, and muscular stamina is hindered and our strength reduced. Weight related issues rise. Herein lies my mission. To simply help people move, and to move with purpose, direction and the energy they desire. Together, my goal is simple improve the quality of life through movement.

17.01.2022 Easy to accommodate monday circuit; you'll only need a push bike if you've gone one 3 laps of a ride (up and down the road/driveway) 10 - 20 burpees 20 bodyweight squats ... Repeat 4 times 3 laps jog/run/sprint (half the ride circuit) 10 push ups 10 mountain climbers Repeat 4 times 15 star jumps 10 sit ups 10 pull ups (If you don't have anywhere to pull off find a fence or somewhere low and do inverted rows Repeat 4 times Going as hard as you can for time, then try and beat that time next time.

13.01.2022 Don't forget, with the onset of winter, winter is when summer bodies are made, and it's always a good excuse for those extra hot chocolates and warm cheeses :)



07.01.2022 Cardiovascular exercise doesn't have to be hours on end, efficient and effective sessions of 20-30 minutes are quite possible, combining skipping; sprints and burpees is simple and effective at getting the heart rate up and increasing your hearts efficiency, oxygen consumption effectiveness and contributing to "weight loss" and PTs like myself may help keep you accountable, ask me how
