25.01.2022 We confirm that we are open during our normal hours and everyone is welcome! However, if you are showing any signs of upper respiratory illness or infection, or you have potentially been exposed to someone who has, then we ask that you please advise our team when you make your booking so that we can assist you in finding an alternative way of attending to your vehicle by arranging a local pick up and drop off of your vehicle at no extra costs. All vehicles arriving at our ...workshop are being sanitised by having all hard surfaces disinfected eg: door handles inside and out, window winder handles and electric switches, steering wheel, dash top, gearshift lever, air conditioning and radio control switches etc. All our staff have also been disinfecting their hands prior and after working on your vehicles. All our cars that we offer for sale have also been cleaned and disinfected and again immediately after test drives. As an added precaution we ask that you please use the hand sanitiser provided at the front of the office on entry and exit of our office and abide by the current health and safety recommendations provided by the government. All vehicles attending our workshop are thoroughly sanitized by wiping a strong Ethanol and Eucalyptus base antiseptic sanitizer on all outside contact points and inside the cabin before we enter your vehicle, and again when repairs are completed. We kindly ask that you allow a spacing ...of 3 metres when you visit our workshop, to keep everyone safe. We have 3 designated customer safe spaces with WIFI available for you to relax and make coffee whilst your car is attended to. Our 3 fully qualified mechanics have over 70 years of combined experience working on all types of vehicles, and our trainees are constantly supervised at all times and are able to attend to anything that you need. We will continue to offer free local pick up and drop off services at no extra cost. In the near future we will have available a loan car if you require, and we will also be implementing an email and SMS service reminders.
