24.01.2022 Probably the hardest thing in the world is to return love for hate. It's easy for me to sit here typing away in my safe country with some form of freedom. Yet we need to realise for some souls their lives are born into war, they live in war and they die in war. Often with histories that span back more than a thousand years of turmoil. Generational hatred where the killing continues. I can't say that i would be so peace and mung beans if i woke up every day to the sound of bom...bs , rockets, gun fire , women being raped and tortured and watching my friends and family killed. Our prayers are all we have at times. All most people want is food , shelter , dignity , respect and a place to have family if they wish in communities that support them in their endeavours. Forgiveness and the want to share and not control another culture . It is said that the greatest sacrifice is to die for an unselfish cause . 22.01.2022 Sometimes the world just beats you down. Life does that and when it does it's great to have a place or person where you can just be yourself. Nature is often a great remedy for a broken heart, a stressful job or life. Time to check out for a while to regroup and get your balance back. Go to the beach, walk a country lane, stand on a mountain, lie down in a field, swim in a river, sit in a garden anything to get away from the hustle and bustle . Every now and then it is good to get away from the distractions of media and people. Take time out for yourself because you deserve it.

21.01.2022 Day 8 with one to go. The 9 is all about liquid. After tomorrow the transition stage is very important. Read carefully Anthony's suggestions. That liver needs to be eased back into a healthy regime. If you are struggling with an illness then staying off eggs, dairy and gluten might be advisable. Perhaps you might like doing the liver cleanse mornings for a few months, I have been and it is excellent. So no fats until Lunch. Bring on tomorrow. Mark.

21.01.2022 Today I was thinking about fear. Ignorance caused by fear. De Mello puts it so beautifully . A truely non violent person is actually fearless. Think of the last time you were angry and look for the fear behind it. What did we stand to lose ? A job, friend, relationship or status . If we could learn detachment as they say in the east or lose the self in the west. This is often a problem with religion when worship becomes more important than love , when the church becomes more ...important than life , when god becomes more important than the neighbour . Sometimes spirituality and religion are two different things. War is an example of religion not practised. I have studied and had the pleasure of meeting most of the worlds major religions and smaller christian religious groups, priests, monks, imams , pastors, elders etc . In none is killing people considered wonderful and an answer. Some of these religions were born in war without doubt. The perception of god was one who would kill the other side as they were an enemy , the old eye for an eye. For christians the new testament has a god of love and forgiveness. Whatever your religion or thought process killing people is not an answer for deeply rooted psychological conditioning . War comes from FEAR whether that is wanting to control the world and oppress people which is about power. WW1 started seemingly from one man who was assassinated however if you look a little deeper there were major economic alliances between countries, trade deals ....... money and power was the reason for that horrific war. 20.01.2022 Read with the knowledge that you have the ability to prevent an illness that causes so much suffering and heartbreak. For anyone that has been down that cancer road my heart goes out to you and your loved ones. Knowing causes, puts you in a position of understanding and more importantly, how to heal, brings real hope. Honestly, I have a personal interest in cancer and after 15 years of research into western medicine worldwide I have only read 3 papers on EBV and a cancer conn...ection. 19.01.2022 It is a time of change both external and internal for many of us. I am feeling that pull as well. After the November session, I will no longer be working in Sydney. I am grateful to Cathy and Deborah for allowing me to work out of their clinics. Surrounded by beautiful Camden and it's rural landscape, I feel incredibly blessed. It was 1987 when as a herbalist, I began my practice in Campbelltown. For the next 16 years I served the community learning as much as I could about... illness and health. Those years were full of joy, sadness, triumph and wonderment. Back then being a herbalist was against convention, both medically and in mainstream society. My clients were from every demographic. Their support of my work enabled me to continue to grow. I am beyond grateful to each and every one of you. In 2003 I left for sunny Coffs Harbour. Still, many of you travelled to Coffs for treatment, others by phone and Skype. Orders were made and dispatched. In 2012 I regularly returned for personal reasons and to my surprise it was suggested to work again while I was down here. So for eight more years I have travelled down every month. Rest assured, I will still be looking after all clients, old and new, via phone or Facetime consults and all products will be posted. Thank you for the continuing faith you place in me. 17.01.2022 Day 8 of the cleanse . This is our 5th 3,6,9 cleanse and by now I usually have cold sores erupting and flu like symptoms . I wasn't looking forward to experiencing this again for the 5th time. My body has responded differently this time with no cold sores or flu like symptoms . I had headaches from day 4 to day 6 and they are gone as well. So please if you are doing the cleanse or are new to Anthony William's work stay with it because over time it does yield results.

17.01.2022 I would like to share some news with my clients and those who read my posts. Sandy and my time in Coffs is coming to a close. It is time for a new adventure and a lifestyle more congruent with our ideals. I would like to thank those souls that supported our work . Your faith and willingness to step outside of convention to find your own answers has and always will be, an inspiration to both myself and Sandy. This healing place has seen many tears and much laughter. People hav...e entered broken and battered and hopefully have found some hope and peace. Given today's technology I will be able to still provide services to most of my existing clients. To my Sydney clients it has been 25 years of service. There is a whole Netflix series in those years. 16.01.2022 I am often asked what is one sign that we are growing emotionally in life. I think when we start owning our issues and not blaming everyone else , is a good beginning. The old saying that you can't change what you don't know has some merit. Many souls won't change what they do know usually out of fear which comes from a distorted sense of a need to be in control. Nature vs nurture we often hear. Is it both ? Are people born bad ? Can a bad person become a good person and can a good person become a bad person? Is good and bad subjective ? 15.01.2022 Take the time to read this very informative blog of Anthony William. I have always believed having the knowledge as to why an illness occurs is priceless. Knowing how to heal from it and to prevent it is beyond words. So grateful to Anthony for dispelling the myth of attracting an illness by your thoughts , regards cancer . The cause is viral and toxins together working to undermine our immune systems. Certain foods feed these two which cause further problems. Blaming people for their illness making them feel guilty that they caused this themselves is cruel , insensitive and incorrect. Sometimes we replace the old religion with the same paradigm.

14.01.2022 Well as this year gradually grinds to the finish line we will have something to reflect upon, come Christmas. As you are aware I am an optimist , so hopefully the lessons about ourselves, our friends, our countries and indeed the world at large will be a catalyst for positive changes in our lives now and into 2021 and beyond. So many of my clients realised that their jobs were unfulfilling. There will be some career changes for next year and downsizing in mortgages. Other cli...ents are selling and moving. External events can cause internal changes in peoples awareness. Mental health issues came to the surface due to financial hardship, social isolation and health concerns . We really need a new paradigm for understanding mental health issues . The whole structure needs to be replaced with a more holistic approach. 10.01.2022 Well as you can see we have sold. Our time in Coffs is ending and new adventures await. We will finish on the 18th December 2020. All herb orders need to be in well before this date if you are local, interstate or overseas. In 30 years this is the first time I have stopped dispensing. I will be resuming posting and treatments in February at a date to be advised later . We will be living in Inverell. I am teacher and student , practitioner and patient. To my clients, thank you for your patience and trust. Change is a constant reminder that life is not fixed. I would like to thank my friends for being my friends. To my dear Sandy , it isn't easy living with someone like myself . The work itself takes a toll and livin...g with a clairvoyant, that's a whole different story. Yet , still she is by my side through traumas and hard times. Such is love. The reasons I became a herbalist / clinical hypnotherapist / counsellor was to find the cause of illnesses and help people avoid needless suffering. I didn't become a clairvoyant I was born one. It took 42 years to accept that fact. This ability has given me a much deeper understanding of people and life itself. In spirit there is only truth and love. 03.01.2022 Often the topic of self worth comes up in sessions. Self worth when broken down means how we are seen in others eyes or wanted to be seen, more accurately. That is transient , money, fame. looks, power etc. Dependant on other people's approval , very draining indeed. Personal worth is something far deeper. Non dependant on outcomes and other people's approval leads to living your life rather than existing. This is the basic spiritual message of all religions and practises. Stay well, Mark.
