22.01.2022 Sold a while back. Bass strait painting, oil on linen. Loved the contrast of the shadow side of the channel markers with the ocean. This piece was sold to buyers living in Hong Kong.

22.01.2022 Always great to get feedback from clients and pics of my work on their walls. Just sold this one to a BH local for a significant birthday present. Thanks Megan and Steve for your support. The BH bridge was one of my first subject matters when I was forced due to an economic downturn to leave my career as a graphic artist 28 years ago and pursue my fine art professionally and I've never looked back. 20.01.2022 In the studio this morning working on this commission piece of Point Lonnie Pier. Back to where it all started for me when I began my fine art career. My first solo exhibition was in 1992 and was held at Lossiemouth Restaurant after I won the opportunity at a Bellarine Rotary Art Show and so started painting subjects on the local coastline. The angles in the structure of the pier appear like a language.........an interesting concept.

15.01.2022 Portrait of a Surfer . Came across this image of painting I entered in the Doug Moran Portrait Prize way back in 1996 of Torquay friend Chris. At the time I was interested painting someone that represented our Australian identity....the surfer dudes live and breath the coastlands of Australia.
