06.01.2022 After studying interior design at the then Sydney College of Arts (now amalgamated with UTS), Mark Cavanagh’s career path took an unexpected turn into the world of marketing and PR. He went on the establish Cav Conan agency of high renown spanning 25+ years, and which became highly regarded for creating the most stellar special events I always used the skills absorbed studying design in the creation of stylish event environmentsand learnt how to think laterally and at tim...es with very pressing deadlines to achieve a polished and inspiring result Over the same period Mark also developed interiors for clients including two significant homes published in Vogue Living and Belle the latter awarded ‘Belle Apartment of the Year’. In 2019 he made a more full circle return to the design world at largespecialising in 'refreshing' homes and tired retail spaces. His philosophy is that any home space can be improved with better design and often an outsider's eye can make all the difference.
