There is a harsh reality to this the economic reality of COVID-19. And property sellers need real advice not speculative nonsense. I've quietly monitored the LISTINGS of every buffoon that suggests the market is okay, or that a V-shape or U-shape rebound or recovery is imminent and can report that without exception their SALES are down - and continuing to slide. The indicators of an oversupplied market are prevalent. We are headed for an O-shaped market! Over. Supplied. Means a decline in property value.
