24.01.2022 Prepare for the worst and hope for the best! Real estate professionals are leaders. We cannot incite panic. But we must adhere to truth.... I'm all for positivity but not bullshit! There is a harsh reality to this the economic reality of COVID-19. And property sellers need real advice not speculative nonsense. I've quietly monitored the LISTINGS of every buffoon that suggests the market is okay, or that a V-shape or U-shape rebound or recovery is imminent and can report that without exception their SALES are down - and continuing to slide. The indicators of an oversupplied market are prevalent. We are headed for an O-shaped market! Over. Supplied. Means a decline in property value.
