18.01.2022 Victoria CraigieBurn We are Seeking Stall Holders For our Active Kids Expo and Market Day . Market day this year is October 23 rd at CraigieBurn Leisure Centre... if you are interested in holding a Stall please pm me , We are being selective with stalls this year also you must have your own trestle tables and chairs , tents Marquis and own insurance public liability , spots are 3x3 the spaces we will not have two of the same stalls and all must be ready and set up by 11.30 am , all takeaway food stalls will be chosen by council and other stalls will go through me , we are seeking unique and crafty stall s , clothing stall s and toy and item stall holders all spots must be paid by September 13th and registration form s filled in with a copy of your public liability certificate handed In to me otherwise you will not secure your spot, placement of stalls will be allocated by event managers . Myself and Leanne Cacoyiannis will make the final decisions ,please pm me if you are interested in holding a stall , Party planners will be one off of each type there will not be doubling up of any stalls. No toy guns or toy weapon s of any type must be sold in stalls or you will be asked to leave the premises please pm me with any questions you may have. To all stall holders that have been a part of our event s before please pm me to secure your spot if you require more than one spot for your stall you will be asked to pay for each spot to secure your placement .First in with full payment and registration form filled and returned to me with a copy of public liability certificate will secure your placement cost of Stalls are 35 dollars each which will be donated to The Friends of Sammy Joe Foundation and we also ask that a small gift to the value of twenty dollars or more be donated as a raffle prize on the day a receipt will be issued to you for your stall and donation which is tax deductible . There are No refunds for stalls if you suddenly pull out or cannot attend on the day , we are a charity and this is a charitable event your payment of stalls will be classed as a donation,,,,, spaces are limited so please no time wasters if you are serious secure your spot straight away,,,,,,,,,,,we are also seeking volunteers to help Man our stall and sell raffle tickets on the day and also seeking volunteers to help prior the event, please tag all your friends See more

03.01.2022 Victoria Craigieburn Dec 16 th looking for Market stall holders for our night time Christmas Market at Craigieburn New Tennis Centre in Craigieburn Central area... market is from 5 pm to 9 pm and set up is st 3pm Stalls are 45 dollars each 35 dollars gets donated to charity The Friends Of Sammy Joe Foundation and 10 dollars goes to Council for the space please let me know if you are interested in holding a stall we the charity also ask that you donate a small prize to go into our raffle you will be given receipts for all donation s but what you make on sales on the night is all for you to keep , so you enhance your business but help Charity at the same time all in the Christmas spirit email me if you are interested and I will send you a form [email protected] with only six weeks left to go please secure your spot make sure you fill out the form and also send payment ASAP See more
