09.01.2022 How far your tastebuds and food adventure could go! Prepare some ‘Tre’ for the Lunar New Year. This is a very traditional dish from middle of Vietnam. Pig ear, nose, tongue and cheek poached then thinly sliced. Mixed with heaps thinly shredded galangal, sesame seeds, roasted rice powder, garlic, seasoning with fish sauce and sugar. Back home grandma used to wrap it as little sausage with banana leaf flavour with guava leaf inside as well. Let them fermented a few days before serving. Feel satisfied!
