Let Brenton take you under his wing and give you all of the tips and tricks needed to help even the most experienced of BBQ enthusiasts level up before summer. ... In this session we explore one of the most honest relationships, that of food and fire. Brenton will start at the beginning teaching the processes and techniques that it takes to master this primitive style of cooking. Meat, seafood & vegetables will all be given coverage in this interactive demonstration centred around our wood fired oven and charcoal grill. The techniques learnt will be easily transferable to cooking with fire at home. Market Eating House is delighted to host the fourth experience of the WAGFG Spring ABC's Series presented by Audi, where chef/owner Brenton Pyke, will be building a delicious feast around the letter H. 10.01.2022 COMING SOON Summer is going to look a little different at Market this year. We have been working with Emma & Sam at @mergedesign to bring our alfresco dining vision to life. (They have been such a pleasure to work with and we are so happy with the finished design!) A big thank you to @cityofbunbury for helping us to finally make this happen, if it wasn’t for the Small Business Grants that they have provided in response to the pandemic, then the furniture we purchased for ...this project two years ago would still be sitting here gathering dust. We know that some of our customers have found our current Friday/Saturday booking requirements a bit difficult to navigate but we promise that we will have more options soon! Please remember that it is only for 4-hours of the entire week that we take reservations for our ‘Feed Me’ menus only, the rest of the time you can come and enjoy Market however you like. These requirements are still in direct response to the social distancing restrictions that we must still operate under. The new Alfresco area will add around 25 extra seats to our capacity; which means that there will be many more options for those of you wanting to just stop by for a drink and a nibble during these peak periods. Thank you for all of your continued support and we can’t wait to welcome you all to the perfect afternoon drinking spot
