15.01.2022 During a recession or crisis, as a business, it's important to think about what are you good at, and is it still of value to your customer base? If the answer is no, THINK about if there is anything you can change to make your product or service valuable to your existing customer base. A good example of this is Fashion houses making masks or making loungewear - due to the increase in people working from home.... Can you tweak what you offer? Think what is the growing need around your community and can you be of service. Is there an opportunity to look at your competition and acquire or even partner? Can you tweak or leverage a larger customer base? Spotting opportunities is the key to being able to pivot.
