There were 2614 residential market sales recorded across the state last month just short of the 2669 recorded in March 2019.

As of Monday, the WA Government eased some of the states Stage 3 restrictions, this means allowing up to 10 people at open-for-inspections and display village inspections so long as appropriate record-keeping and hygiene practices are in... place. WA Premier Mark McGowan said the changes were based on health advice and WAs low number of COVID-19 cases, which showed people were heeding social distancing measures. The changes are sensible and reasonable, and are designed to provide a high value social impact, McGowan said.
